HISTORY: This BMW was purchased by the deceased husband of the current owner roughly 3 years ago as a CPO from MAG BMW dealership in Columbus, Ohio, with only 35,000 miles. He had other cars so this 535ix was not driven all the time, and mostly for long trips.

ISSUES/PROBLEMS: Please see Vehicle Inspection Report. No major issues, but all wheels have light to moderate curb marks.

RUST: A few underneath fastener heads have surface rust.

SERVICE RECORDS: All records since purchased in 2019.

LAST SERVICE: Oil/filter service and new air filter in September 2021.

PAINT/BODY: Very nice original paint with only minor stone chips and a few light scratches evident. One small dent in passenger side “A” pilar.

INTERIOR: The black leather upholstery, vinyl door panels, and carpet are in “like new” condition. The wood-grained accents are very nice. All instruments and features function as original.

CHASSIS/ENGINE/DRIVETRAIN: The 3.0L 6-cylinder twin power turbo engine produces 302HP and is smooth and powerful. The 8-speed automatic transmission shifts seamlessly. The BMW xDrive all-wheel drive operates as it should.

WHEELS/TIRES: The 18” X 8” Alloy wheels are in good shape, but show evidence of curb marks. The 245/45R18 run flat tires are of two makes. Three are Goodyear Eagle LS2 (dated 2018) and one is a Bridgestone Drive Guard (dated 2022).

OPTIONS: Premium Package includes satellite radio, hands-free power trunk lid, and keyless entry; Cold Weather Package adds heated seats in front and rear, heated steering wheel, and headlight washers; Lighting Package has full LED adaptive headlights with automatic high-beam control; Driver Assistance Package contains a rearview camera, Park Distance Control, and heads-up display.
